Vodafone Broadband £100 Amazon Voucher offer

Has anyone been successful in claiming their £100 Amazon voucher offered when switching to Vodafone Broadband earlier in 2020? As promoted here on MSE, if you purchased the Vodafone broadband package you would receive the Amazon e-gift card after 120 days. I made the switch following the link, and having now had the package for 120 days am trying to chase up the voucher. I contacted Vodafone’s chat help and was directed to contact vodafonevouchers@awin.com with my Vodafone order number. I have, and the email is blocked... any suggestions? Many thanks 😊

I've just spoken to vodafone as well. The email address they gave me to contact was uk-vodafonevou...... so uk- in front of the one you were given. My email to them hasn't bounced back yet and I was told that awin.com will reply asking for a proof of purchase, which vodafone are going to email to me in the next week. I'll repost if there's any progress.

Thanks andyshep_2, I tried the uk-vodafonevouchers@awin.com following your message, and Bingo, it's arrived!!Thank you so much, and good luck with your voucher. Other forums suggested it was a fruitless endeavour, so very pleased it's worked out.

I obviously signed up for the wrong offer as I expected a £75 Amazon card. This didn't turn up when expected and I've been passed around chasing it. Vodafone claim its nothing to do with them as their marketing partner (Awin) are responsible (surprising as Vodafone are employing Awin). Awin get WeGift to actually send out the gift cards. Wegift claim to not be responsible but will chase Awin on your behalf - the secret is to email support@wegift.io. I eventually (after 5 months) got the £75 card.My learning is to avoid any future offers that include gift cards. Instead select another offer (maybe slightly more costly) that includes real cash off or another attractive offer that you won't have to chase and may never be paid.2
