So many perfumes, so few years to try them all!

i have used Cabochard since I was 16, I’m now 68.  It suits me and is fairly cheap online.
i also like Rose Silence from Miller Harris.  Unfortunately it is very expensive .

I was given O de Lancôme but it didn’t suit me.  I used it to spray the bathroom.  It smelled wonderful.  Perfume can be a very strange thing.
  • Collecting perfumes has been something I've been doing for ages. I love Issey Miyake L'eau D'Issey - but it can get expensive so really want to try FM fragrances. Can anyone recommend them, or not the same?

Eden by Cacharel. Other scents don't last long on me but this does.

  • My favorite one is Givenchy but Versace pour homme is the best

I had a quick sprizt of Jo Malone blackberry and bay before the lockdown back in March.
From what I heard of it I was expecting a smell similar to dewberry from the body shop which I adored.
The Jo Malone blackberry and bay smells very dry and masculine.
I couldn't detect any blackberry and I think it is overrated.
I'm glad I have never bought or been given it.
I tried a whiff from the english pear and freesia one too. I prefer the Tesco version.

I wish the body shop would bring back the dewberry range.
I loved the little plastic bottle with the perfume oil.
Dewberry oil was my first perfume of my own.

Samsara I mean the original version in the red bottle one whiff reminds me of my late mum.
She only likes samsara or rive gauche.
