Yes i know what it is, my daughter sent off for her claim for this about 5 months ago.To be honest, if i was a postman and someone was waiting by the side of a postbox and asked me if i could have a letter back that i had posted then i'd refuse. For security reasons they probably won't be able to return it to you.My advice is to wait a couple of weeks and ring DWP to check it's been received.0

ID isn't going to prove the letter belonged to you. I wish you good luck.

Well then I guess Tomorrow morning i have to wait for the postman to come collect it and ask him if I can have my mail back if we find it !poppy12345 said:In the several years and more that i've claimed benefits, when returning forms to DWP the postage is usually prepaid. Although, i never just "put it in a post box" usually i take it to a post office and ask for proof of posting. This way you have proof that it's at least been posted, if it gets lost.I'd leave it a couple of weeks and then ring DWP to ask if it's been received.0
