    OP said in his post of 23rd July that it's now been sorted - although that would have been an avenue to explore.

    My neighbours are all offices and I don't know them. Oh and a student flat but it's been empty since March. 

    The problem, turns out, wasn't fixed on July 23rd but they had to come back instead. It's been fixed now. I've had no apology or communication from NowTV about this since and I am waiting for them to reply to my official complaint. They have until 15th (I think) to reply.
