you won't get the N95 for the rate you are on. You should be able to get other good handsets out of them though.
Good luck0 -

Thanks
He gets paid every time someone uses his number. Joke.
He means £10 loyalty discount.
If you receive a lot of calls you will be in a better position to get an N95. If you just use your allowance every month and dont spend any more or not receive your value will be less but dont take the person in L & R first offer.
Ask for it to be looked at by a team manager.
Oops. Just realised the first post was 2nd Dec and might now have the phone.0 -
I am also due an upgrade with Tmobile and I am on flext 35 with loyalty discount so I pay 17.99 per month at the minute. I have just been on the phone to them and they say I can have a new handset but I have to lose the discount I get now or just renew the discount with no handset. I have not decided as yet what to do as my friend gets more discount than me and she got a good handset for only £40. I have two phones due for upgrade and they are both flext 35 so I dont know if I say I will leave to go to another network I may get more. Any help anyone? Jacqui0

2008 has a lot of instore for existing customers and your existing history with a network may contribute towards your future offers. If you got a big history with a network I wouldn't jump ship just yet.
Currently networks only look at your very recent usuage before dishing out offers, that may all change.0 -
You will not get the n95 for free, it is too expensive!
Ask them for the list of phones possible to get for free, and find out which is your favourite. Then ring the cancellations department and tell them you want to cancel your contract.
If you persist, you should get the phone for free and keep the line rental at £25. Make sure you refuse to pay any extras such as post and packaging for the phone (£15).
I am on T-mobile, paying £4 per month and got an upgrade this year, where I got the samsung u600 which was £200 and the line rental increased by £2 to £6 per month. That is a 12 month contract as well.
You can get a much better deal if you persist!0
