Can't get hold of easy jet and no reply

Hi I desperately need some help!
In February we were given a flight voucher via email from easy jet which needs to be booked by August. I've tried booking flight online with the voucher and the code doesn't work. The phone number to customer services is permanently too busy to answer, there is a recorded message asking to ring back later even when they've just opened. I've emailed them 3 times and even though it says it has a 28 day reply I've heard nothing. There is no other way of contacting them, I'm about to loose my money and there's nothing I can do about it.
Im immensely stressed, please help me 🙁

If you haven't done so already, try calling in the morning as soon as lines open. That sometimes makes it easier to get through.

- Is the voucher one issued by EasyJet or another business and some sort of promotional discount voucher?
- Is it a voucher for a £xx value to be spend on booking a flight, or something like a Bistro voucher?
- Have you tried typing the code into the relevant field rather than copy+paste? Or if you do copy+paste then backspace, removing the last character, then reenter that character.
- If the voucher is valid until August, whilst I understand your frustration at not being able to get things sorted out, you are not "about to loose [sic] my money" - it's mid June.
- Try not to be "immensely stressed" over this. Try the above. Try what jpsarte suggests. Or come back with more info for others to offer suggestions.0
