Help To Buy Transfer

I have a Help to buy ISA and my other half has a LISA. 
Am I right in thinking that you can't use a LISA and a help to buy when purchasing your first house? 

If so I am looking at transferring to a LISA account. However I am finding it tricky to find any banks that will transfer money to a LISA from a help to buy account. Am I better to close my help to buy (loosing my bonus, which isn't much anyway) and then open a LISA.

    No, you can do this, so no need to consider shifting away from HTB unless you have other reason to.

    Yes, a couple can use one of each, provided the purchase complies with the rules of both schemes.
