This is the problem i been refuse for a credit card because i dont have credit score  i pay everything in time bills etc but its not enough, because i didnt apply for a loans or borrow money till i whent for morgage
Credit score means nothing. It is history that counts.
You have a history with a bank for 8 years (they do their own internal scoring). If you say that you have paid all bills on time and have no debt. Then something else is wrong.

What credit card did you apply for? If you want to start building a credit history your best bet is to apply for one of the naff cards like Aqua, Vanquis, Capital One etc. After around six months of good card management you'll start to see more offers coming your way

Per my previous post; What’s your residential status?

And a current account isn’t for “borrowing money”.

You are confusing terminology, forget 'credit score' what you need is credit history, which you seem to lack at the moment as you have no history of borrowing. It would help if you answered the previous questions.

You are starting from scratch so you need to be on the electoral roll. Do you have a phone contract, if not could you get a SIM-only plan which will report to the CRAs
