What do you mean? Can you not find your files at the CRAs?
You need to review what data each holds about you. If you gave no credit history, you need to start from scratch.1 -
I never borow money or a loan , i try Experia and they didnt fiind me , start scratch , but with this basic account, i cant do many things to improve credit score ,

Raise a query with all three CRAs.
Then apply for a sub prime credit card. You will be asked to provide paper copies of ID.0 -

If you have proof of ID and Proof of Address, you can open a standard current account - assuming you've never had credit issues in the past.Gonzi84 said:I cant open a new different bank account, im stuk with this
Once this is open, you can wait a few months, and then start to build a credit history for yourself by applying for a mobile phone on contract, credit builder credit card, etc.
You also need to ensure you're registered to vote where you live.0 -
Probably is the only thing i can do , Many Thanks0

Opening another bank account will not result in much of an improvement to your situation to be honest. If you`ve been with your current bank 8+ years, then you have some history with them, why not see if you can get one of their credit cards, and, if so, just use for everyday purchases, and repay in full every month, after all, no one knows you better than your own bank. For successful credit applications, you require a stable address history, no late or defaulted accounts/payments, you must be on the electoral role, and have a steady income.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
