Carphone warehouse lied

i sent my perfect working samsung galaxy s9 to trade in through carphone warehouse was offered £130 for great condition. So i sent it special delivery as it was like new and  fully working with no damage. I got an email today saying its non working with screen burn and they offered me £35. I feel scammed and asked them to send me it back in the condition i sent it to them with no screenburn. Theyve lied to get my phone cheaper.

And what are you asking ??You have evidence of what you sent # photos .
The offer was for unseen described as great condition ( normal description )
They found the description did not match the condition .

If it's in as good a condition as you say and unlocked, you can get a much better cash deal from CEX.
  • As a side note, screen burn ( it indeed exists)would be covered by the 24 month Samsung warranty.
