Sky Mobile Fraud

I have been the subject of a sky mobile fraud whereby my email address (also Sky) was taken and a couple of mobiles ordered. A number of other companies were also ordered, from but each was investigated and the fraud recognised. Only one mobile was delivered to my address which I immediately returned, the second was collected from a mail depot with fraud identity paperwork. Sky refuse to recognise this as fraud and to cut a very long story short have now placed the debt with an agency. I could pay but this feels wrong and am prepared to let this go all the way to court. However, I cant deny that the threatening letters and failure to respond despite recorded delivery of letters is truly getting to me. Has this happened to any one else? and should I just pay up to protect my credit record? I have reported to ombudsman but it doesn't fit their criteria  and they sent me to action fraud so have gone a full circle on that one,

So, you're saying that the Sky mobile fraud team performed an investigation and found that the evidence lead them to believe that the account(s) were set up by you?    What evidence did they have that lead them to that conclusion?

The delivery depot will  have CCTV, so it should be easy enough to see who collected it. 
Have they detailed what evidence they have that you collected it?
