I have a flight booked with Air Transat for July 28th . Checking their new schedule there is no longer a flight on this day. What are my rights regarding a refund as Air Transat say they don't give refunds

They haven't offered anyone refunds for cancelled flights because they were told by the Canadian Transportation Agency and supported by a court decision that they didn't have to. US law says they do have to, if they refuse, claim a chargeback on the card you used to pay for the flight in the first place0
