I totally sympathise Catright.
Revolut WERE great until I ran foul of their so called customer service.
They needed to update my security settings,and things went fine on the C/S chatline until they needed a photo, and for some reason their system would not accept my upload. After 3 attempts, the C/S guy left me hanging and my account was locked.
For 4 months, I could only contact Rita, (Chatbot) until they informed me that they had reviewed my case and were closing my account.
4 months without access to my funds !
Thank goodness I'd not made them my only bank1
