Complaints to Amazon

Resolver does not help in any way. All they do is forward the complaint on to the company.StuartFM said:Came across a site called Resolver that helps people make complaints, they say it`s free. You can raise a complaint against Amazon with them. They say to raise one directly with Amazon as well, as Amazon wont deal with them anymore, could be they are still collecting data on the number of disgruntled customers Amazon have.

Resolver is rarely referred to positively on here and I can see why if they're accepting Amazon complaints while simultaneously admitting that Amazon wont deal with them anymore!StuartFM said:Came across a site called Resolver that helps people make complaints, they say it`s free. A local depot doesn't mean that is where your item is held.
I have two depots near me.
I have a tracking schedule showing item arrived at local depot so it must have been held elsewhere .
What does the tracking for your order say?
Resolver just pass your email to them onto the company concerned, no more than that.0 -
Resolver is essentially useless. At my last job we'd regularly get complaints through resolver for completely different companies!eskbanker said:

Basically, they forward the complaint to the company but their database is not up to date and accurate. So you are effectively wasting time using resolver.
And for Data Protection reasons going through a third party means you'll either have to give authorisation or won't get a response.0
