What kind of complaint? In relation to service? a product? a delivery? You'll need to provide a lot more information to get the right advice. I'd start by removing your name from your post - and then outlining what the issue is, and maybe someone can advise on your best course of action.
  • My complaint to Amazon is about non delivery of parcel, communication to them about updates on parcel, their attitude towards me, whilst trying to sort out cancellation, refund, compensation

Has the parcel been delivered?  If not, have you had the refund?   How much was it and how did you pay?
    What compensation are you due?

As above, what loss have you suffered that merits compensation?

Be warned: If you're not reasonable with your complaint, Amazon may simply close your account and prevent new accounts linked to your card and address.

They won’t remotely care. Probably best just to move on if you’ve now got the parcel.

They have failed to make a delivery on the 19thJuly (paid postage to get it delivered then). First they told me i had to wait till the 2nd August before they would even start to investigate the issue, today they said not to contact them till the 3rd. Amazons set up means you cannot contact anyone in the UK. Their call center cannot/wont put you through to the UK. I asked to be put through to complaints, cannot/wont do that, asked for someone UK based to ring me, that`s not happening either. So best of luck making a complaint.

  • Amazon are too big to care about individual complaints, they have blanket policies and CS are mainly (all?) overseas and stick to the script.

They used to hand out vouchers like it was Christmas but have stopped doing this so often.

    You can try emailing

    managingdirector@amazon.co.uk

but they are also overseas (as far as I can tell) and can be picky about what they reply to but if they do reply they seem a bit more helpful that general CS.

Was this sold and dispatched by Amazon or from a third party seller?

From your description it sounds like a third party seller using a Royal Mail service? RM will not consider missing items until 15 or so days after posting and so wont start an investigation in this period.

Came across a site called Resolver that helps people make complaints, they say it`s free. You can raise a complaint against Amazon with them. They say to raise one directly with Amazon as well, as Amazon wont deal with them anymore, could be they are still collecting data on the number of disgruntled customers Amazon have.
