There are over 57 million square miles of land on the planet. If you see that a neighbour is going to have problems getting out of their parking spot maybe you could move your car somewhere else where it is less likely to get bumped into.
There is no "their parking spot" as this appears to be on the Public Highway.

This really isn't rocket science. The OP saw that his neighbour had very little space to the front or rear of their car and getting out of the space would be tricky. The neighbour presumably hit the OP's car. So the OP was probably either directly in front or directly behind the neighbour. So the OP could have probably moved a few cm forward or backward so the neighbour could get out easily. Alternatively the OP could have moved elsewhere. It's the sort of thing you need to do to avoid collisions. Alternatively just wait for the inevitable accident to happen and tell the insurers you are not to blame and whinge that even though you aren't to blame your insurance has gone up.

Just to clarify, they parked behind me. I could move the car temporarily if they knocked and asked but not permanently as I would block the other neighbour. This is totally their fault.

    Situation normal.

Fred is utterly incapable of understanding anything outside of his own extremely limited frame of personal reference.

Maybe it's a bit like playing chess. I am always thinking ahead. Anticipating what the next move will be. Others maybe can't do that.

So you admit to deliberately and maliciously parking your car in a normal manner  ;)  with no consideration for how one of your neighbours may park in the future.

@fred246 will now tell you the Lottery numbers for Saturday.

Don't bother buying a ticket as the number will be the wrong ones though.
