Hi,
My daughter paid to buy herself out her O2 contract and was told her final bill would be £100. She has now be contacted by O2 and told that she had misquoted and that the amount due is actually £200. Her partner is currently furloughed and as such, they are on a greatly reduced income. What should she do?
