Excuse me. What do you mean?Lily-Moon said:I keep seeing this sticky thread and newbie stated with no link to find it when one is new to the forum. It is very difficult to navigate when you cannot see clearly where to click
Please re-read my post earlier Today at 1:14AM. <<<=== that's a link too. Click on it.
You really must start reading the advice freely given.3 -
Yes, thank you I did click on the link given and the confusion is that the offence happened in England while I live in Scotland so the question is whether I would reply back to the NTK stating I refuse to disclose who was driving?KeithP said:

And is this the best course of action in this case.
I will be sending Currys/PC World a complaint about the parking company also.
I really could do without the stress with my medical condition and navigating an unfamiliar forum with oodles of info that has to be waded through for ages hasn't been fun.
I appreciate all help I can get to finish this sooner than later as I have been caught out with hospital parking in the past.1 -
I never understand why NEWBIES read my reply, yet don't read my signature?
My signature under every post I make, tells newbies where the breadcrumb trail (link) back to page one is...I even highlight in blue where you need to click (up the top of every page).
The NEWBIES thread tells you that a complaint to the retailer is 'Plan A'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

you have two choices ..... write back to the PPC as keeper and say please take this up with the driver ...... being very careful not to give away the drivers details......orignore any further letters (unless it is a court claim , which is unlikely)if you do write to the stores please make sure again not to divulge the drivers details ...Ralph

Hi, I tried to click as I saw it was blue but it is not opening for me - I might need to use a different web browser for the site as its not allowing me to click on your signature. I have looked on the page mentioned above. I was just needing clarification to return the NTK not stating who was driving?Coupon-mad said:I never understand why NEWBIES read my reply, yet don't read my signature?

Thanks for your patience.1 -
Use a laptop and try using Edge , or Chrome , or Firefox , or Opera
All 4 work on my pc , plus the last 3 all work on my android tablet
The advice here is free , paying a lawyer will cost you a lot of money
Your best option is a landowner cancellation2 -

My worry is always that they seem to be like dogs with a bone and the threats will continue so it makes me inclined to return the NTK without disclosing who was driving and see what they choose to do next. Meantime I get the complaint into Currys and the local MP to call the dogs off.
The question really is, would that be a better course of action?

I didn't say my signature included a working link! We are NOT ALLOWED to post a link in a signature.
Read it again - it tells you, and everyone, where the working link is (top of the page).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
