You should choose anything but Huawei, not because they make bad phones but because they are currently crippled by edict of the Orange Emperor of the USA.
No Google services, no Google App Store (so no financial apps like your bank), hobbled Netflix, no Google Pay, no YouTube app, no Chrome etc etc.
Trump is ramping up the blacklist, not softening, so it's only just going to get worse for them. Resale values, even of older models that still have Google support has fallen through the floor.====1 -
Depends what model Huawei. The older Huawei / Honor mobiles released still have Google services.0
