I have booked a trip and the 3rd flight of my trip has been cancelled. Can I claim a refund on all flights?

You really arent giving enough detail. When are the flights? Where from and where to?

Generally speaking though if they dont cancel the flight you lose out if you dont get on it.
  • Might I add that because they have cancelled the 3rd flight from Lviv to Wawsaw, I have no way of booking an alternative flight to Wawsaw and therefore cannot fly there in order to fly home.  Could I claim under consequential losses (section 75)? or even through my insurance?

If these are separately booked flights then it's not the airlines problem that you are out of position. The flight is running and you're a no show so there is no chance of claiming consequential loss. Even if it's the same airline operating all 4 flights.

Insurance may be a better bet - but depends on the terms of your policy.

  • Not sure of what the abbreviations mean but you would be able to claim for any flights Ryanair have cancelled.  If they haven't cancelled them yet, then you need to wait and see.   If they go ahead, then I think you will only have the option of getting on them?   You could only claim for a cancelled flight.  I am assuming this is not a linked holiday?

So all single legs presumably booked with either Wizz or Ryanair? Aye there is no chance you can get any sort of refund unless a leg doesnt run.

Lviv to Warsaw is "only" about 250 miles. Maybe look at alternative transport to do that leg of the journey?

The bus from Lviv to wawsaw is usually overnight and can take upto 10 hours. The train can take upto 16 hours. our flights were £30
Some bus routes  charge £38. Its just not feasable.
