Has anyone received the cashback from Forward cellular.
I have sent back my second bill and now await £315.
Everyone on this deal with the Voda sim card DO NOT FORGET TO SEND YR SECOND BILL BACK.Failure to do so may result in a clawback of £295 + VAT.

Yes, received two sets of cashback from FC,, both linked to a Tmobile contract. Everyone who has posted on this forum has praised their speed and efficiency, though no-one's ever admitted to getting through on the phone!

How long have you sent yours? It usually takes around one month for them to give the cashback. I've no problem with my 2 cashbacks on T-Mobile deals I made.

You won't get a 'clawback of £295 + VAT'. You just won't get any cashback.

I ordered a couple of Virgin SIM cards off them about 2 weeks ago. They only sent 1 so I emailed them to ask where the other 1 was. After 3 days, no reply so I phoned them, got through straight away, spoke to a really efficient bloke who apologised and said he'd sort it. 2 days later, it arrived.

After reading other comments on here about their telephone-based customer service I felt quite priviliged!

I have had two lots of cashback from Forward, one only last week.

It took about 3 weeks to arrive and coincidentally, the day I rang them enquiring of its whereabouts, and I spoke to someone as well, it had arrived in that day's post.

I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I did a t-mobile deal with them and I got to talk to the chap twice ;D ;D so I must have been really lucky nice company paid up when they said they would.

waiting for same cashback on vodafone rent free sim. nearly been a month, emailed them last to enquire what was happening, and they replied promptly saying it was being processed and i should have check next week.

Got the £315 cashback on the Vodaphone xnet anytime 200 deal this morning. As ever ForwardCellular = excellent service.
