Don't think he is coming back.
  • Not sure if I’m  in the right bit? First time. Gave a garage my car details including registration in order to part ex it, they came back with price of £7500. I agreed to buy new car, paid £99 to hold it and was awaiting final details re balance and delivery. New car was costing me £8900. They now say, 3 weeks later ,they have valued the wrong car and mine is only worth £4500! Do I have any comeback or do I just have to accept it? I work for the NHS so don’t earn much, £3000 is a lot to me.

You are correct it is not the right bit.  It is considered improper etiquette  to hi-jack someone else's post.

Perhaps mention current car model, year, mileage. etc? Sorry who you work for is irrelevant.
