Hi and thanks in advance for any help given.
we bought a hot tub from the range at the end of January on our monzo band card, it developed a heating problem in May so after doing everything suggested by cleverspa online and after a week of waiting for them to reply to our email and receiving no reply ( telephone customer service is suspended because of covid-19 ) we boxed it up and took it back to the range with the receipt, they refused to take it back as it was outside the 28 days stated on there website after a few cross words trying to explain it was unfit for the purpose sold they said we would have to get a refund from cleverspa, so emailed again and finally two weeks later got a reply saying they are not liable for the refund but they will fix it if they can find a fault, I want to know if the range have to take it back as after the shoddy treatment from them and cleverspa I don't want the hot tub anymore.

Hi I bought a clever spa hot tub on the 4th April 2020 from the range and unfortunately the heater went wrong, I reported to cleverspa as under warranty, cleverspa said they would arrange to collect, still to date no collection date arranged. I contact cleverspa every week and they inform me due to COVID they are really busy and cannot arrange a date, is there anything I can do I purchased in a credit card, any help would be appreciated thank you0
