I've got a month left on my Vodafone contract, I want a new phone (Huawei) but they're not offering any good deals, I can get it for £22 a month through bill monitor, so can I leave Vodafone, (it'll cost £25), and rejoin them to get the better deal?

No you can't. You will need to port the number to another network then back to Vodafone using PAC's. Unless you are currently on Vodafone business and moving to Vodafone retail?'Just because its on the internet don't believe it 100%'. Abraham Lincoln.
