I've got a month left on my Vodafone contract, I want a new phone (Huawei) but they're not offering any good deals, I can get it for £22 a month through bill monitor, so can I leave Vodafone, (it'll cost £25), and rejoin them to get the better deal?

Yep this is the best way, do it to like a PAYG sim and transfer back.
