That's curious, who are the spam emails coming from? Are they completely unsolicited? It seems strange that the ambulance chasers would just be able to contact you to try and get you to join their class actions against easyJet. Makes you wonder how they got your email address?keithtoon said:Hi all,

In terms of what happens next between you and easyJet the short answer is not much. easyJet have to let you know about the breach and they have done. The Information Commissioner's Office will investigate the breach, and probably fine easyJet. You could pursue easyJet for compensation yourself, but you'd have to prove how the data breach caused you a loss. Or you could join one of the ambulance chasers if you think it would amount to anything.1
