This. As Dominic Cummings proved you can do whatever you like no matter how stupid as long as you can justify it some ridiculous way. Just tell them you were testing your eyesight or something, there is basically no way they can enforce anything now.
(I don't think what you would be doing would be stupid though). Ever since the DC debacle I think the overriding guidance has to be "just use your common sense", which to me would be don't visit at the same time and agree with each other to strictly enforce the rule that if ANYONE gets symptoms you ALL isolate. So e.g. if you get symptoms your daughters mother would have to isolate.1
