Car parking with Holiday Extras

Hello, I booked car parking with holiday extras on the 4th March for our holiday in May 2020, I paid extra for cancellation cover and extended time in case of delays.   jet 2 cancelled our holiday In April due to Covid 19, we have been paid back in full, excellent company. 
Holiday extras another matter all together.  When I spoke to them to cancel the booking, they asked if I had changed my mind or was it due to Covid, I said Covid, since then they state by letter they have changed their policies and they have refused to refund our monies and insist we take vouchers which I refuse regularly.  Now in the hands of our credit card company.
