Dumb question . How do I get MSE daily Emails?

I used to get a daily Email from my favourite forums here, but it stopped some time ago.
I have looked everywhere to turn the Email updates back on with no luck.
Can someone put me out of my misery please?

There have been some changes recently.

Go to Profile icon , top right, must be signed in.
Edit profile.
Notifications.
Tick the boxes.

Also, threads will show number of new posts, or when a thread is new,
when you open a list / page of threads. Must be signed in. 
NB Covers several days. Be careful if you delete cookies etc. As MSE info will be lost.

Thanks Binao, but I already looked there.
I am looking for the daily emails that gave me a listing of all the new discussions in my selected forums (e.g. pensions).
I don't think I can set that in my profile.

thanks for the question..ive been trying to figure out how to get my  daily updates of new comps and replies to posted comps...but cant see any way of doing it..
ive done this..

The daily emails no longer happen as part of the new and improved forum platform.
