ALL THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF ISA.

I need to know the difference. I will type here on what I believe to be true. Please correct or confirm this.
There are 4 different type of ISA:

• Cash ISA
• Lifetime ISA (with a £4K limit)
• Innovation Finance ISA
• Stock and Share ISA

We can contribute in total £20,000 and only pay into one of each type in a year. Plus you don't pay any tax on this investment.
At the moment I have Innovation Finance ISA and S&S ISA opened in the last 2 years before the 2020-21 tax year.
I realised in LISA there is Cash LISA and S&S LISA.
I do not know if S&S LISA is the same type as S&S ISA. (The reason for creating this thread)
My question is if I can open S&S LISA and contribute to that?
