Was you sent the voucher  with the expiry date on it?

  • Yes an expiry date of March 2021 - no problem with that it was when I logged into manage my booking and a notice had appeared saying my booking had been cancelled and my voucher issued was valid for a holiday up to March 2021 BUT only if booked before July 31st this year - scandalous and very underhand I think

    Take a screenshot of that.
File a Chargeback with your card company,  explain you were given a voucher, with and expiry date of Mar 2021 but this voucher is only for July 20  and you have no way to use it,  so you have to reject the voucher and it was not the terms you agreed too.
Use the screenshot as proof and also all the other evidence relating to the cancellation

Why unfortunately? That gives you a chargeback option.
