Non refundable booking

Help we can’t get in touch with love holidays and we booked a non refundable holiday last year for this July. We want to keep the holiday just move the date but can’t ! Advice please

Noted. I'm amazed they even offered a voucher on what is an operating flight bought on a non-refundable ticket...
Will the CAA have the teeth to start impounding Air Canada aircraft on arrival in the UK on the grounds on non-compliance? I rather doubt it.
