Does Curry’s let you return items bought for business use under there return policy or is it a consumers only?
Seems like it’s a business to business transaction

There is nothing in their returns policy that states a business purchaser can't return unwanted goods but anything returned under their 21 day change of mind policy must be unopened and unused.

The OP is wanting to use their right of cancellation under the Consumer Contracts regulations and it is these reg's that only apply to consumers and not to business purchasers.

That's a very good point - it's clearly a business purchase, so the CCR right of return wouldn't apply anyway.
I don't get why more research wouldn't be put in to such a purchase - I bought my laptop online after reading at least 5 different reviews on various sites.

If RGB and brightness is such a concern, why would you buy a laptop where these details aren't listed by the seller?!

In the end, I opted for a 6 year old HP Elitebook 8770w with the fancy calibrate-able Adobe DreamColor screen - because the homework I did said this would meet my needs. 5 months on and I'm still a very happy chappy with my slightly-battered but otherwise perfect choice.

I don't think the op is planning on returning to this thread, so probably not worth worrying about.
  • I really wanted to know if he was able to return it. My GF has bought a PC online and she isn't happy with the screen performance.  She didn't  install any SW on it but of course tonget it up and running she did need to "connect" it to her accounts and try to use it.
