The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements 2018 will be a killer for some TA, and in the short term things will only get worse. Some TA will have booked flight (Ryanair) & hotel (non-refundable) for theirs customers. If sold as a single contract, while the FCO advice remains, they will have to refund their customers, but if Ryanair fly, and the hotel is open,, they will get nothing back.Lucky97 said:Thank you life goes on.I wanted to get the travel industries issues out there. We seem to hear a lot about all kinds of business sectors. We hear about the airlines and your operators but not the travel agents. I wanted to get our plight heard but it looks like you are right, this isn’t the place. It’s the first time I have posted and probably won’t again 🤷🏼♀️I know it’s not frontline but most of us have been working day in day out since March, reading the various airlines Covid-19 policies and sorting out clients refunds. Like a lot of industries it’s been a tough time.
