MOBILE PHONE INSURANCE QUERY
Options
Hi my sons phone is insured and he dropped it and cracked the screen. We put in a claim and they said we needed to get it sent off to get a quotation. In between putting in the claim and sending the phone off for the quotation it has now fallen out of his pocket and got run over by his car, therefore the damage is much more substantial than it first was. Does anyone know how we stand with this and the insurance and the phone is covered for accidental damage which this was although it was while we had a claim already in for a lot less damage.

Put in another claim and see what they say .But as with any insurance all depends upon the terms and conditions .0
