Who will accept transfer of my existing Skipton B.S. Lifetime ISA?

I have a (Cash) Lifetime ISA with Skipton Building Society. Now seems a good time to convert it to Stocks and Shares as I won't be accessing it for a very long time. Are there any providers currently accepting transfers in from a Lifetime ISA to a stocks and shares Lifetime ISA.
I have just looked into Hargreaves Lansdowne and their is a message on their website explaining they aren't currently accepting transfers from Lifetime ISAs.
