Vanguard FTSE All-World UCITS ETF vs. Vanguard FTSE Global All Cap
I understand both funds have some similarity , but I wonder whether you would choose one over the other and why ?
Thanks in advance

The Global All Cap fund includes 24 % of medium/small companies compared with the FTSE All-Worlds 16% of medium and about 0% small. The geographic and sector allocations look very similar as does the performance graph. The charges are much the same. The All-Cap fund has only beeen around for about 3 years so performance comparison in a wide range of economic conditions is difficult. Why choose one rather than the other? Perhaps if you believe philosophically that following the market is the right thing to do then the All-Cap fund is closer. Perhaps you prefer ETFs to funds or vv.1

One is an ETF and the other is an OEIC, there are structural differences you should be familiar with and perhaps a different charging structure depending on your platform. The Global All Cap has more depth into medium cap companies than VWRL. The ETF distributes dividends while the fund allows them to be retained or accumulated within the fund
