Replace sim card or not?
We both upgraded our sim only contracts with Three (MSE deal) last week.
I'm sure the webchat said we won't need a new sim card, but in the post today, new sims have arrived!
Current sims were from Nov 2018 - is there any benefit in using the new sims or not?
I have MotoG7, she had I Phone SE (?)

What do you mean by 'upgraded'?
If your previous contract was converted into a new one, the old SIM should be usable, but sometimes a new SIM with updated features may be supplied.
If this is a new contract unconnected to the old one you were sent SIMs with the corresponding new phone numbers.
You should probably clarify with them exactly which is the case.Evolution, not revolution0 -

Hopefully they haven't started you a new contract and not a upgrade because normally you keep your existing mobile sim and they just up the price or reduce it same with mins, text, data.Nobody is Perfect. I am Nobody, therefore I am Perfect.1 -

I'm currently paying 10.52 (a tenner plus two rpi increases) for the same package). Mrs B was paying £8.42 (was 8) for less data etc0

I did the same with EE last week. They also sent me a new sim with a different number attached to it. I contacted customer support for clarification. I was told to pop the new sim in my phone & after about 30 minutes it automatically updated to my original number. Try it as it's better to go with the latest sim which might include new features.1
