Is the Google Pixel 2 xl a good phone to buy?
Basically been hunting around for a decent androide phone and the Pixel 2 XL seems to fit the bill.
Generally speaking and never having had a Google phobe before is it a good outright buy to keep for a while? Interestes to hear what it compares to from you mobile experts out there.

I have had a Pixel XL for about a year and I can't fault it. It runs all the apps I ask it to and the camera is very good. If you're into google it obviously integrates well with other google services - may too well sometimes. The battery lasts all day for me and it's also robust; I've dropped it lots of time and it still works. I haven't compared it with a really top end phone but it does everything I need it to.1

second hand p30 will serve you well - still runs google, battery life is good, and camera is good. probably set you back around £250-300?0

Iv had the pixel 2xl and it is a good phone decent screen good camera for video and photos I also had the first pixel aswel cant go wrong notch on pixel 2 xl ain't a problem either0
