Carphone warehouse
During lockdown was offered a best deal Vodafone contract to replace O2 expiring contract. Normally I would have gone into a shop to discuss but this was not available, I was never offered cheaper deal with O2 As Carphone warehouse no longer has contract with them. Despite 2 complaint emails to Carphone warehouse I have received no reply.

I can't understand why you expected to get a better deal in the first place especially given that O2 is no longer being offered by Carphonewarehouse. What did you expect them to offer?
Go with the Vodafone deal or shop elsewhere. Alternatively take a look on the Hot UK Deals website for special offers that users post details on.
