Pa has paid out another £5 and my ee refund has already come through, no mention of the ppe refund though ive emailed as was told it would be paid last week. We had concert tickets booked for September for ds1 and dsd which I was emailed about last night, they have rescheduled for midweek in April so I've requested a refund. They were £160 so I've decided to pay 100 off the cc and take kids out to a theme park with the rest (once it comes through). Had a good week so far sticking to the food plan which makes a change lol xPennies starts again...........2022 - £13,579.226

Morning all,
Quick update as I kind of felt like i was talking to myselfthe ppe refund came through so that's been paid off the card. Food shop yesterday was £62, I've managed to hit around that figure every week so next target is to get it under 60!
Hit a stumbling block in the RTB, apparently me ex partner is on my tenancy agreement (I'm not sure why) I emailed them a few years ago when he moved out and none of my correspondence since has ever referred to him so I think it might just be a mistake on there end? I did get a bit panicky as it says if he isn't here I need to see if I will be granted the sole tenancy but hopefully it's just an admin error there end.
I'm taking the kids to Fleetwood todayjust about to pack the picnic as I'm wanting to set off for 9.30 and going to pop something in the slow cooker for tea I think
I've bought some of the slimfast shakes for me for breakfasts as I'm not a fan of brekki, other than that I'm going to try get back on SW as I'd dread to think how much I've pilled on! hope everyone enjoys there Sundays!! Xx

had a picnic in the park then loads of walking kids played on the beach for a few hours and home. I only had £5 on me and my card and they didn’t accept card anywhere (seems to be the last place on earth that still want cash) so only spent £5 the whole day, luckily this stretched to a bucket and spade for my youngest son and a net for my eldest

It's been a spent few days for me but hoping that will be it for a while. The link for activities at the caravan came through yesterday so booked pottery painting, archery for ds2 and nerf wards for ds1 for the Saturday we are there. This came out of the holidays spends pot (£50) so still £150 left
We also went out to a meal for my nephews 16th birthday tonight which came to £50 and £25 in the card.

Everything has gone to pot a little the last few days. Had an absolutely awful time at work last week to the point I was actually in tears (frustration rather than upset) but still not like me. Since then my eatings been absolutely rubbish and my spending as bad! I did however by Clarks school shoes at the weekend for the boys which I needed to pick up. Just checking in for accountability more than anything. XPennies starts again...........2022 - £13,579.223

Try and put it behind you and start again. Tomorrow is another day. ((hugs))I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.
happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy3
