Where to exchange Swiss francs?

Hi. I recently inherited some Swiss francs. Where would be the best place to exchange them for sterling? I don't need the sterling in cash . No bureau de change are open and i feel I could be limited to high street banks. Any ideas would be very much appreciated.

Many thanks

Wait for an eBay £1 listing day and sell them on there. Currency gets a good price. Check out past prices through completed listings.

If very valuable split into smaller lots. Send special delivery - make sure you check out the cost of postage. Only send to address on paypal- no shipping to a mate
    June challenge £100 a day £3161.63 plus £350 vouchers plus £108.37 food/shopping saving

    July challenge £50 a day. £ 1682.50/1550

Thanks pleasedelete. That's a good idea but will probably take a bit too long. I need to get it done fairly quickly as I need to pay bills related to probate.

Many eBay sellers hat the £1 listing days because their items get lost in the crowd. If this inheritance is worth a fair amount then they eBay listing fee will be irrelevant.

The OP should be fully aware of the Final Value fee, which is likely to end up being more than the commission a bank would charge. And if time is limited then you can list items for just one day.
