I might get fired for Gross Misconduct and I'm scared what will happen

It’s good that you’ve now had an opportunity to discuss it, and see the material they were referring to. It’s also positive that it was a reply to someone else’s comment using the same (although inappropriate) term. As others have pointed out, stay humble, apologise for any potential offence that anyone might have taken from your posts even though offence was certainly not intended, and then keep your social media posts to a minimum in the future, or at least ask yourself the question ‘how would others see this post?’ Before posting. Words written on the internet don’t have the human element of conversation present, so things can easily be misconstrued. Do keep us updated on your progress next week, and fingers crossed you can close the chapter and move forwards, onwards and upwards.

Still don't dwell on it, with ur social media closed you'll not be lured into such debates again.

I'd still take exception if it were me and I was disciplined for it, but i'll leave that up to yourself.
