Reclaiming mis-sold insurance on behalf of my 91 yo Grandmother

Hi! My 91yo Grandmother has been paying insurance for her old Sky box for years, she has no need for it, and it was sold to her over the phone - can i claim some of these payments back for her? Any advice greatly appreciated!

This sound horrendous. Perhaps you could try contacting Age UK about it ? They can be very helpful , as was the case when they helped my dad with his attendance allowance application . They have a free phone advice line tel : 0800 678 1602 .
It is open 8am-7pm , 365 days a year .
