Advice welcome please.
We purchased the above device from Three in February in the hope we would save money after cancelling our expensive broadband deal with KCOM.
Three assured us that we would receive good wifi To support our smart TV, Apple Mac, iPad and iPhones. Alas we have been very disappointed. We have intermittent internet via our devices with weak signals and Catch-up TV is abysmal with programmes constantly buffering or dropping completely.

We have tried on numerous occasions to contact Three (phone, website, Three app) but because of the virus there are very few staff available to discuss this. We tried to put in a formal complaint today on three occasions but each time we could only do this via live chat and were always 40+ in the queue that eventually locked us out.
You can see that we are very frustrated when all we want is to cancel our agreement. In light of this, can we cancel our direct debit? Anyone else have issues like this?
many thanks.
many thanks.
Cheryl.

Your relying on mobile broadband, never as good as fixed line.
I wouldn't cancel your direct debit, you can end up with a damaged credit file.
If you can't get through to them on live chat or phone then send them a letter. If you're within the first 14 days then you're still within the cooling off period. Send it via recorded mail.0
