Three contracts ending

Hi my Three sim only contract ends on 10th June. I pay £11.30 a month for 4gb. Seen 8gb for £8 with Three. Problem is I can't see any way to contact Three to discuss my options. Can't access app. Can't see any help desk. I'm concerned my silence might end up with them renewing existing contract for another 12 months. As I probably want to buy another phone soon I'd also like to explore switching to another provider to get a monthly contract to keep my options open. What should I do? Thanks
