Extra line charges
I took out a line in July 2017 which was 2 lines I will call them line A and line B. Six months in I realized I have been charged a tariff charge for line B so call customers service complained and was told it would be cancelled. Honestly I never gave it another thought thinking its sorted....my bill is paid by DD. Yesterday I saw my bill was a bit more than I thought so had a look.....the £8.20 tariff charge has still be coming out my account. I got a call today to ask if I wanted to renew my contract the yearly promotional call.
So can I get the payments returned to me for 48 months of £8.20?
