Hi please can anyone help? We booked and paid for dream trip hol to orlando after suffering bereavement and desperate times as a family. The trip was something we never thought could happen. Booked £6000 worth of rooms at Disney for mid March 2020 through stayforlong but could not go as Disney closed everything. Flights were originally moved to September but have now been put on hold as September is looking dicey. However Stayforlong have promised refunds for rooms but not fulfilled, nor are they answering emails, phone calls etc. We are extremely worried as this is money we can't replace. Judging by the comments on their Facebook page, many others are in similar predicament except their hols are smaller in value for European trips. It seems we've all paid for the trips, the hotels have confirmed they either never received payment in the first place or have refunded to stayforlong. Stayforlong have not refunded us and its now been 3 months! I fear they've taken our money and ran. Does anyone have any info or advice please? They are based in Spain and are branded as Extendedstay America.0

Extended Stay America is a chain of hotels in the US, similar to say a Premier Inn or Holiday Inn here so I don't think they are related to Stay For Long.
Did you pay by credit card? Could you contact your bank to see if they will do a charge back possibly instead?Lea

We act as intermediates between you and the hotel as to get the hotel to offer you better prices and/or conditions for staying for three nights or more.
