That is a really nice house. I think you will have some serious competition for that one as it is certainly priced to sell.

I don't think you will get it for £150k realistically but do let us know how you get on.

    Thanks for your comments all.

We have had our viewing and we love it! The log cabin in the back garden is amazing.

Our offer is in and we are awaiting a response.

Yes, very quirky which is what I like about it.

    Thank you very much!

Why on earth do people stack logs against the burner? It's incredibly dangerous. And tell the agent to hold the camera straight, I guess the shiny suited idiot thought he was being artistic with those pictures [vomit].

Offer agreed but still taking viewings tomorrow.

Estate agent advised the vendor would rather sell to someone in an ideal position (i.e) First Time Buyer rather than a higher offer, sounds promising!

That's odd. I'd take an experienced purchaser over an FTB any day of the week, even if the offer was slightly lower.

Maybe they're thinking about speed in the current circumstances? It's obviously vacant at present so they may want to get rid quickly.

Having been a first time buyer myself within the last couple of years, I'm inclined to agree with you though!

@MrJamez can you up the offer a tiny bit more to see if you can get the house off the market?

What does that mean? Offer agreed, but maybe not? I'd be insisting it is taken off the market if it's agreed.
