I'm at work now. It's not over yet i already have some evidence of me working here, I have 5 years to report him for fraud.

Unless he is still claiming the furlough scheme then getting you back to work is not fraud, unless he tells you he still claiming the furlough money you will never know, unless you do the payroll.
