Oh yeah, it's so frustrating not being able to visit your supermarket for a meal in the cafe and a grocery shop without being pressured to leave before you two hours of parking are up. Something needs to changeFruitcake said:As well as complaints to the landowner, don't forget to complain to your MP about this unregulated scam.0 -
No, just state the driver was at the shop and... and could you please get it cancelled
No legalities over who can or cant be held liable.

I've found the donotreply email, their CEO's email and the customer services email. I'm planning to go into the store tomorrow to ask for the store managers email if that's something I require.nosferatu1001 said:No, just state the driver was at the shop and... and could you please get it cancelled

Ahh right, my bad! No, I've seen people saying they had success when they emailed but I've not managed to see exactly what they have said. I've phrased my email in a polite but assertive tone.nosferatu1001 said:No, i mean have you found peoples emails they sent, so you can see the "tone"?

No, because you are not 'appealing' and the shop don't care who was driving, just that the occupants of the car are shoppers who are outraged. You are complaining to Morrisons, like in all the other Morrisons' threads, addressing it to the donotreply email (cited in hundreds of Morrisons threads for about 5 years).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
